Our bedrooms are the most sacred spaces in our homes. This is where we should find tranquility and rest from our long busy days. So it’s very important to decorate your bedroom with pieces that keep you balanced and at peace. With animal wall art, the serenity of nature is a simple way to make your bedroom the perfect escape. With so many beautiful creatures to choose from, the key to finding the right piece begins with your personality.
How would your space speak without saying a word? Images with a strong subject and composition will surely create that impact. The question now is which animal wall art will bring you pleasant emotions? You want to feel inspired every time you wake up to begin your day. Let the art be your guide. The image of a wolf or a bird inspires courage and taking flight to new worlds. While pictures of horses and owls are more soothing. It all depends on what speaks to you.
The goal of decorating your bedroom is to capture serenity. The warmer colors will soothe you and cooler colors can be more cozy. We all have different ideas of what “cozy” and “soothing” feel like to us. But when it comes to choosing the right piece, let the art be an extension to your home. It can be overwhelming but it shouldn’t be an afterthought.
The placement of your animal wall art is also very important. Above the bed is usually the go-to spot. The large empty space is typically what draws the most attention when entering the bedroom. So it’s the ideal place to hang the perfect piece. Wall art is also a simple way to makeover any space. It doesn’t take much to hang art in your wall. You will be pleased with the fresh look and new aura of your bedroom.
STORY BEHIND THE ANIMAL WALL ART
“They say an elephant never forgets. What they don’t tell you is, you never forget an elephant.” This is precisely how I felt after my encounter with the largest living land animal on earth. After 18 strenuous hours on a plane, I found myself in a whirlwind of history, culture, color, noise, and warmth. I was in South India to shoot pictures of baby elephants as a part of my artwork for sale. With monsoons on full blow, I was hoping to capture elephant images in my artwork.
